False Bay Slow Chenin Blanc, South Africa 2019

Fermented using wild yeasts which is trickier and slower but gives the final wine a much greater flavour and depth, this is a lovely weighted wine with real mouthfeel it works brilliantly with crumbly cheese or slow roast pork.

A vibrant and expressive Vermentino from Sicily’s west coast, where many of the vineyards face the sea to benefit from light reflected from the waves. It’s named after the delicate white flower of the lemon tree.
